Time of Day for Windows 7 on MSDN

we all know that MSDN is going to get 7 on august 6.... the question is, what time of day. Based on the fact that RC was released at 10:02 PM eastern time, thats when I would venture my guess. Remember, MS releases are done in UTC time, so its possible for it to hit as early as 8 pm eastern time, which would be midnight UTC. anyone else care to venture a guess, or have definitive info??

yes i know that but it would be nice to know, so we can hop in before the rush and the inevitable crash (MS says the servers aren't going to crash, trust, they will)

Im sure M$ has mulltple release locations in multpile timezones and redundant backup sesrvers, bandwidth, etc. The "rush" is well part of the fun.

Fire up your clients, stock the refrigerator, the INFLOW is about to beginn. <g>

we all know what happened with beta 1, and as far as multiple releases in different time zones... I really dont think so.. the whole world is gonna get it at once, and my gut tells me its not gonna be 16385 (probably 16399). i know the rush is part of the fun :) the idea is to get in before anybody else lol. I know as soon as it goes on MSDN we're gonna hear about it. Needless to say, its less than 24 hours away

By multiple releases in different timezone I didnt say they wouldn't be sync'ed. Guess they are just going to release it from a single PC on Bills desktop. <g>.
