    Error in start up

There's an annoying winlogon.exe error that's killing me for almost 3 days now, It says

    winlogon.exe - Ordinal Not Found

The ordinal 204 could not be located on the dynamic link library USERENV.dll

Heres a screenshot aswell (in attachments)

-Thank you, Refz1234 (Fast Reply please!)

userenv.dll is a module that contains application programming interface (API) functions to create and manage user profiles. userenv.dll is a system process that is needed for your Windows system to work properly. It should not be removed.

Try my previous posts for replacement.
