Deleted all shortcuts from start menu accidentally

    The thing for some reason even though system restore is ON but still there are no restore points to select.
    I have found a quite apt resolution to my problem. I have been able to create all the appData files by selecting START-> right click on Account name-> Select Include Library-> Create new library. It has automatically created all the folder system that previously there.
