Windows 7: Need to change Admin pswd on ASUS Netbook Win7 Strtr

I am soooo frustrated. The company I worked for went bankrupt and owes over 500 million dollards to creditors. Meanwhile, 170 of us were fired overnight and left with some modems that never did get a solid signal (supposed to be 4G..lol) Anyway....in lieu of money they owe me I am stuck with this little ASUS netbook and I can't update Adobe or load ANY programs etc etc because there isn't anyone left to give me the Admin Pswd to Windows. So....I don't have any discs and it doesn't have a drive anyway......so my question.....How do I change the Admin Password or simply delete it so I can use this thing? Thanks to you, Bill

Surely I can do this without buying software.....I stumbled into my Win 95 Compaq in 1995 and actually formatted the hard drive but I had supporting software and disc etc so...how do I quickly just discover the pswd or change it?
