    hi,

    also, each time i start the computer, there is the following message - error failed to load branding configuration -. couldn't find anything on the web. What could it be ?

    You really shouldn't duplicate post, if not for the integrity of the forum, then so that everyone knows what you are being told and you will not be pulled down two or more pathways to a fix, yano. but no foul, no harm, just acting on your behalf (and SF's)
