Keeps wanting to reloads programme at startup

    Hi
I'm running webroot on a HP netbook 32bit windows 7. I have been using webroot for some years and am very happy with it. I recently had to reload windows from D drive backup (Complete restore) and now every time I boot-up, I am asked (via the security warning) if I want to install webroot. I have already installed Webroot and it appears to be running fine, and activated with my code, Each time it asks, It makes no difference if I click OK or Cancel, next time I turn on it does the same again.
Any suggestions? is there a folder where it keeps items to ask to load on startup, if so can I just delete the item from the file? Its as though an install command is stuck in a loading buffer???????
    Help Please.
    How do I resolve this.

Shouldn't be in the normal startup folder but worth a shot.
    C:\Users\your user here\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Have you tried uninstalling the program and rebooting then reinstalling it and rebooting?

    Hi
Thanks for the reply, Yes I've tried that, and its not in the Startup file, it just keeps coming back as though its a new programme asking to be installed every time I boot on????????, keeps coming back irrespective of me clicking on open or cancel on the security screen.........

Take a look at Autoruns from Microsoft, it actually shows you everything that starts with windows

    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/.../bb963902.aspx

       Warning
Please be careful with this program, it is extremely powerful and misuse could necessitate a re-install
Careful Use will allow you to either disable [recommended] or Delete any start up item
Full instructions are avaiable on the link provided

Going on your symptoms the place to look would be the Run Once items
