transparent 'Sticky Notes', or way to type directly to screen

Windows 7 64 bit

I'd love to find either a 'Sticky Note' utility, or any way to enable typing directly to the screen. Don't want to see a frame or title bar, just my typed notes - Thanks for your help, IM

I've never used this program, so I can't vouch for it, but 7 Sticky Notes - Visual Effects - Windows 7 Style Sticky Notes for your Desktop!
