Keyboard not accurate

My keyboard works fine when typing and things like that. However, for other things where pressing keys is necessary (i.e games) the keys don't work. They all seem to do something another key is supposed to do and usually they all do the same thing.

Look up the keyboard manufacturer and download the specific driver for your specific keyboard. Then go into the driver's settings for the keyboard and change the keys to do whatever you want the keys to do. Then go into the games' options or settings and chnge the key mapping/input/control (whatever it says) and change all the keys to do whatever you want them to do. Let me know if you need me to explain further

System specs (that you haven't given us) are always a help.

Which keyboard do you have? Logitech? Microsoft?

Which model is it? As Dusty says, you need to download drivers for it and if we know which keyboard it is we can point you in the right direction.
