| | error 786 for windows 7 professional Everytime I try to open up a program, a window pops up and says "Access to %1 has been restricted by your Administrator by policy rule %2.". What does this mean, and how can I deal with this? I am an Administrator already, and I am using Windows 7 Professional. |
