I have enabled the guest account on my 7 ultimate. Whenever, I login as a guest, I am still able to see the C drive and all the folders under it (except admin account folder).
My requirement is that when any user logs in from the guest account and clicks on C drive, it should ask for the Admin password.
Please help with step by step instructions.

Changing File Permissions can be dangerous and should only be attempted if you know what you are doing. Especially with the root of your boot drive.
The way to do it would be to create a new user group called idiots, then adding the guest account to that group. Then only denying read access to the C: drive to the idiots user group. You will get some error messages when applying this to C:, be thankful for these error messages, without them the guest account would no longer work.
When the guest tries to Access C:\ for windows explorer they will receive an Access denied message.
This would not have a password override option.
The Guest account is designed to protect your computer from guests making changes.
It is best to enable the Guest Account at the same time you password your other accounts so only the Guest account is accessible to your Guests.
If they wish to make any changes to your computer they will need to provide your password, however I would never give this out and do this for them yourself if required.

DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. DO NOT! There is no reason to do what it is you are thinking you are wanting to do. You can and probably well just fubar everything. Understand for the guest account to even login it HAS to be able to read the system drive to run various Windows services, like explorer.exe. As long as your private data is not accessible, do not bother trying to make anything else inaccessible. Just wasting your time.
