Problem with starting msihnc32.dll

Recently, a dialog box appears after each restart of my laptop. It says-
There was problem starting msihnc32.dll
The specified module could not be found

(Screenshot attached)

Well this hasn't given me problem so far but I want to know what exactly does this refer to. Any information with regards to this shall be very helpful.

Thank you.

It probably has to do with the Norton message in the lower right hand corner. I could find no reference to "msihnc32.dll" on my system or a process library. It could be malware. Apparently, Norton removed the file but didn't finish removing the startup process.

You might try running Malwarebytes' Anti-malware.
