Recoverd files from virus and now some programs won't acknowledge them

I recovered files after being hit by a virus.

In Windows explore, the folders and pictures show up but less intense. But they don't show up at all in the photo program.

Is there a reason for this that I can change in the folder and file attributes?

Thanks for any help.

Your files were hidden by the virus. Use http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/unhide.exe to automatically unhide them. Then follow Cleanup after Win 7 Recovery Virus if your start menu programs and such are still missing.

Edit: For more information about unhide.exe, see http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic405109.html

Windows 7 does not acknowledge my Powershot S20
I've installed Zoombrowser Ex6.6. But it doesn't recognize the camera. I know the camera functions and the USB connection works, because I can plug it into my old computer just fine. Does this system simply not acknowledge the camera? or what do I need to do?
