| Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows 7 Pro 32-bit, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, Windows XP Home SP3 Tejas, northern Mexico | Can Windows Search "auto search" be turned OFF??? I may be the only one on earth that does not like windows search [in 7] as it fires off at the first keystroke, wasting time/energy afaik. is there a way to turn it off so that I can get my proper search string entered, then hit the key?? |

| | It shouldn't be causing any issues or slowdowns by searching right away. All it's doing there is accessing the index. |
