"Require admins permissiosn to change folder" but i am the admin

My laptop only has one user account, mine, and its an admin. I tried messing aroudn with Homegroup but i turned it off and now i cannot do anything with my documents, i get the error "You require permissions from MYLAPTOP/TomHart etcetc..." but that user (as far as i know) is me.

    1) How can i find out if thats my account or if for some reason mines changed/my documents owner has changed

    2) Anyone know how i could fix this?

I tried using CMD running as admin and used TAKEOWN on the file but i still get the same error.

Im 95% sure its something to do with Homegroup cause before that it was fine, now its messed up.

    Any help/advice appreciated
