Hope I'm posting in the right forum. I have a fairly new Windows 7 laptop. I have one "standard" user account named Jason. I want to create an additional user account for my wife (Kate). The procedure looks pretty straight forward, but I do have some questions.
1. Are all the programs/applications that I have installed for my standard account available to the new user account (for example Word, Excel, etc)?
2. What about browers? I have downloaded a number of browsers including Firefox, Groogle Chrome. Will she be able to use these are must she download her own "copy" of the browser? Guess my concern for browsers is keeping the settings I use separate from the settings she might want.
