I know there has to be an easier way, and someone will surely point it out, but the sure fire way is to unplug the drive that you dont want associated with w7, reinstall on the remaining drive, then plug the other drive back in.. Hope this helps..
The drive you want to remove contains that 100 mb partition which contains the boot files, And the windows 7 is installed in another drive.
Am I correct??
i have 2 drives 60gb and 500gb, im using for windows 7 500gb drives, and suddenly boot file has been installed on drive 60gb, want to change it to boot windows 7 from drive 500gb
Ok first remove the 60 Gb drive.
Then Boot from the Windows 7 installation DVD and try start up repair.
This should fix the your problem without reinstalling windows 7.
thank you so much it helped, i had to twice do that on repair, and now windows 7 run correctly!! I wanted to do that, because i had problems with my second disk, sometimes 2th hard disk switches off, and after turns on, also on first installed had to assign a letter to 2th hard disk, because windows 7 didnt see him.
yes, i told about problems with my second hard drive, but problem is fixed
