Help! Torrent icon displays on a white paper.

    Hi All,

A newbie here on Seven forums.
My issue is not that critical but I find it really annoying.
My torrent icon (U torrent in my case) is not displaying the default icon but instead, it is within a white paper that has a small folded edge at the top right of it. It is still working fine though. I just can't think of any method on how to restore it to default icon. I know reformatting would help but I'd like to skip that as much as possible. I've tried the steps on the two below links.

Installed icon packager, changed icons and revert to default, uninstalled the program.
Also tried to rebuild iconcache.db but it won't allow me to delete it. i have an error in cmd that the file is not found.

Hope you can help me on this. Thanks
