    win7 change languange


    hi guys, i need ur help. i bought laptop in china n win7 basic in chinese, any software to change the language into english without upgrade into ultimate edition?

    We have heard from users who changed languages in the same version and were able to activate with the Product Key on COA sticker, however this may be some type of regional allowance or have to do with the manufacturer's licensing agreements.

    What I would do is make a partition to install Chinese Basic then try to activate it with key on your COA sticker. If it works we can help you eventually remove the English copy, if not you can simply delete the partition in Disk Mgmt.

    It would work just like this: Dual Boot Installation with Windows 7 and Vista

    You can also ask your manufacturer's tech support if English same version will work, or how to do it affordably.
