I Dont know why this problem is happening & its really frustrating.
If anyone can help i would appreciate it greatly!Im not the most tech savy person in the world :S

Hiya pal, and welcome to the forums :)
Right click on Computer ... Select properties then on the left side (or press the widows key + pause/break key) click on Advanced system settings... Performance... Settings... then the Visual Effects tab, make sure Show window contents while dragging is ticked
I Have that option enabled already. :/ Any other ideas?

Sometimes you have to un-tick then re-tick the option to re-apply it :)
