I think you are going to have to be a bit more explicit than that. I have no idea what you are asking.

I think he means, share his Internet with different devices and certain devices use more Internet.

For example : Laptop - 80%, phone - 2#, Xbox - 7%, computer - 11%

However I am not positive if this is what he means.

Yeah sorry about the ambiguity. Basically I would like to give my gaming PC and 360 priority over other computers and phones, ipod etc...
