Denied my Self Access to ProductOptions Folder

Hey I am running widows server 2008 R2 and have run into a bit of a sticky situation. I was installing Avast home for my OS when I got an error that said it wasn't supported by the server edition of windows. I quickly found a hack that involved changing the permissions of the ProductOptions folder located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE –> SYSTEM –> CurrentControlset –> Control in the register. I thought I was denying the permissions for the account I was logged into (not a full administrator account) but when I went to set it back after the installation was complete I realized I had locked my Admin account out of the folder as well. I have been instructed that this may cause my system to fail on boot and am afraid to shut my system down. How can I change these permissions back?

Run system restore - select a restore point prior to the attempted Avast installation -
START | type rstrui
