Tank u 4 ur help... But i hav another pblm regarding windows explorer not responding... Pls help me solve this also..
Wenever i try opening cmd prompt in administrative mode by typin cmd in windows search & click ctrl+shift+enter, cmd prompt is opening in administrative mode but error comes windows explorer not responding.. It is asking to restart windows explorer.. wat shall i do??
I remembered having issues with Windows Explorer randomly crashing without any reason. I also tried to reinstall Windows but it again gave the same errors even on fresh installs. So ultimately, I had to change and burn Windows 7 on a diff DVD and then install Windows all over again which finally got rid of this issue. Its strange but that worked at least for me.
For your issue, try running an anti virus scan to check for infections. Also open cmd prompt with admin rights and run sfc /scannow to fix any errors with the file system.
have you tried it normally?
like right click and run as administrator?how long has it been since you installed your windows?
I'm not sure i think its been 1yr since i installed this windows as i said above videos folder was not working.. So i had to reinstall windows....
1 year is long. download speccy from here Speccy - System Information - Free Download and install the program.
run it and click on the operating system tab, it shows the date you installed your OS
