I had changed my HDD recently and after installing new version of windows , I'm not able to change the desktop background it just appear black and also the scroll down or up in Mouse has stopped working. Kindly let me know if anything needs to be updated . I'm using Toshiba HDD.

    The mouse wheel no longer working is odd. I would need to know what type of mouse you are using as in the brand/model. Your mouse driver may be having problems I would check that out first above all.

    @corpsecrank

    The mouse i'm using is HID-Compliant mouse and the driver is 6.1.7600.16385

    I cannot change themes from personalise. It appears as if the system has changed it but doesn't reflect on the desktop background.
