Class not registered error when clicking on things like device manager

Hello,

I am unsure of what started my problem with this. It started out with the dreaded blue screen of death. I found and corrected that problem. It has not crashed for a couple of days now. The persistent problem that I now have is that any time I click on anything that ends in .msc gives me the error Class not Registered. I tried to do a Install/Repair, but my disk was before the SP1.

I have tried running the sfc /scannow and it does say that it found errors. and saved it as CBS.Log.

I tried to do the next step, but all I get is that it can not open it.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I have almost pulled out all of my hair working on this.

Respectfully,
