efi bios and win 7 bugs

hi, i'm new .
i've a probl with my new mb an win 7.
i've purchased a rampage iv mb with efi bios.
I've set and activate intel raid from bios and created a bootable raid 1 volume.
then i've started win 7 installation.
1 win 7 doesn't recognized the devices during installation and i have to install drivers from pendrive.
second it's impossible to install win on my other hd partitioned as gpt instead mbr (error 80300024) due the choice to install on raid volume (made with two mbr hd drives).
after installation completed. in window 7 all optical devices are shown as cd audio (also if there is no cd ) and when i first insert a dvd or cd it is not recognised.
If i eject it the device turn to be a cd/bd device and its icon change to the correct formt and then optical are newly recognized.
if i restart windown all things turn wrong again and i've to repeat all.

someone can help me ?

my config.

rampage iv extreme intel x79e sata configured as RAID instead AHCI
raid1 (system) volume iTB (two 1tb MBR configured drives)
1 sata 6 HD (GPT configured)
2 dvd/bd devices SATA (at first recognised as audio cd and then recognized correctly)
