    I dont know i bought the monitor, mouse, keyboard and the case separate but my motherboard is micro star international (MSI)

    The information I have on Micro Star is that the key you need to press is the Delete key. If necessary, immediately after turning on the power, hold the Delete key down. If this doesn't get you into BIOS (or at least it asking for a password), then there may be something wrong with the keyboard.

    Edit: Worst case scenario, the power on system test (POST) will halt and tell you the keyboard has a stuck key (the Delete key you're holding down) This, in itself, will probably give you an option to enter BIOS to "solve" the non-existent problem.

    USB keyboard? Sometimes they will not access the BIOS unless "Legacy USB support" is enabled in the BIOS. One way around this is to use a PS2 keyboard to get in and then enable that setting. The other option is to reset the BIOS to defaults with the motherboard jumper. That should set legacy support to its default "enabled".
