Partition Moving Failure, Windows Won't Boot

Hi Everyone,
So I have a self-inflicted problem booting windows 7. I upgraded to windows 7 purchasing a digital copy from my school; the file is a .img file that I loaded onto vista and everything went smoothly. A few days ago I used easeus partition magic to clean up my partitions; there were multiple ones, some unallocated space, and they werenít continuous. Iíve used the program before, no problem. However this time an error occurred while moving and resizing partitions that caused me to do a hard reset (I knew the last thing I wanted to do was a hard reset at such a crucial time but had no other options). Now windows wonít boot because I assume it does not know where to locate the files needed to boot; I get the message insert the installation cd blah blah blah. Problem being my disk drive isnít functioning and I havenít figured out a way to create a bootable usb using a .img file; from what Iíve seen all the programs require an iso file to create a bootable usb. Now I booted parted magic from the usb drive and it shows me my partitions, all of which seem to be the exact same as they were before I used easus. FYI Iím not super tech savvy but I know some basics; I donít code and I would need step by step instructions if issuing commands. Thanks a lot for your help, i really appreciate it.
