Windows 7: How to repair corrupted fonts

Hello,

I have what may be a corrupted font keeping me from being able to navigate some program menus.



All I see are squares or || marks instead of text. I have attached 2 screen shots which show what the program interfaces look like.




Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, this is indeed strange. If it is the font, one would have to know which one it is. You can always try sfc /sconnw in elevated command prompt.
