Windows 7: Taskbar: Notifications Log

I have Win 7 64bit new laptop

I noticed in the taskbar there have been many notifications that have passed by and i want to find the one having to do with backing up a repair disk. Also is there any way to see the original image of the notifications?



We clicked on the notification alert and were backing up with the software but windows was updating at the same time. I left to get something and my fiancee said it needed to restart. I dont think she knew that two things were going on at once at restart in the middle of the process.

Is there any way to find a log of notifications?
