Technet Plus windows 7 Key question

I am a Technet Plus subscriber and thus have 10 keys for each version of windows 7.

In short my question is, for Windows 7 Ultimate, Once you activate 1 key, Can you activate it again without calling microsoft to "unlock" you?

I have formatted my machine numerous times testing and developing for windows 7, and I have run out of keys since I used a new one each time I formatted. Now, I would like to format again and use a key I have previously used, but before I do I just want to know if I can activate the key online? or will I have to call MS? (which is fine but am overseas and need to coordinate the call back the the states)

Thanks all

Activation Limit

As far as I know, There is a limit on the number of times per key.

If you run this code,
Code:
slmgr.vbs -dlv
at the bottom of the list info you will see the number of activations left on that key.
