Try this out.
Open the Registry Editor by typing "Regedit" without the inverted commas in Run or Command Prompt and clicking "Enter".
Click on Edit Menu and in the drop down list Click on Find.
Type your friends name and press enter. When your friend's name comes up replace it with your name. Then press either F3 or click on find Next and do the same.
Continue this till you get the "Finished searching the Registry".
That is it.
However please note that editing of the Registry if done wrongly can cause severe problems, therefore first back up the Registry before editing it. I would even suggest that if you have never edited the Registry before then have a knowledgeable friend by your side to oversee what you are doing.
