Computer crashes and restarts displaying no errors (New system)

    no on the overclock on factory settings, but ASUS said they BIOS chip is out of date but as i said i dont understand why ive had it work fine previously then and without change not it has issues

    Your guess is probably as good as anyone else's if it's really BIOS related. The test will be when you get the BIOS updated with the latest firmware and if anything changes. Let us know how it goes.

    The Windows install you have is pirated and was cracked in such as way that will break if SP1 is installed. Chances are, the system broke after Windows Update installed SP1.

    Go back to your system vendor and tell them to give you a free, shrinkwrapped, copy of Win 7 Ultimate or you'll report them to MSFT for selling pirated copies of Windows.
