Windows 7: [Q] Korean font not displaying properly

I resolved just the same problem by deleting korean UI folder in
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\MUI\UILanguages]
After that i made a reboot and it had worked.
