slow booting windows 7 ultimate

    i just run rescue disk and deleted all infected files but still slow booting and slow access to safe mode then hangs before completely into safe mode. Now i am trying to run windows defender offline from USB drive and see how is going to be

    i have got an error code:0x8004cc01 - unable to detect a windows system drive, is it something wrong with my HDD?

    Try burning MSSS to CD using Windows Image Burner.

    If it errors same again, look in BIOS setup to see if HD is detected now. Then run maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan.

    Also boot into the Win7 System Recovery Options to open a Command Line, run Disk Check.

    You may need to run both AV scan disks again to clean it up fully, then don't forget to run Startup Repair repeatedly as all of these tests and fixes are automated in it. But you may need to run the ones manually which I've broken out above.
