Windows 7 not displaying password box
I have windows 7 home premium on a Dell desktop. The front/first display formerly had a password box. It no longer has this when I have the computer on. B/c of this, I can't get past this screen...not even to the startup menu. I recently installed identity guard keystroke protection software so not sure if that may have caused this. I have tried the F8 function on restart and also have tried having the Windows 7 disk rebooted without success. Thanks for any help I can get.
