CPU fan speed doesnt respond to commands, help!
I tried going into bios and under the cpu fan settings (fast, medium, slow) i set the speed to medium but it has no effect.
So i go into the os, and i downclock the cpu with a motherboard utility that i have, but the fan speed still remains the same. It just refuses to slow down when the processor speed slows down, or when the system is in idle.
Please help, this is annoying.
The fan is suppose to work under 'Cool n Quiet', which the cpu does down clock, but the fan remains at the same speed!
