How to Disable Applications Aero Peek?

Hi, There is an Aero Peek that when you leave your mouse hovering on a Bar ( Firefox for Example ) a small Aero Peek Window appear. How do i remove it? Here goes an Attachment:

That is because this is Thumbnail Previews..NOT AERO PEEK...Aero Peek is the rectangle beside the clock that peeks at the desktop
