Dragging windows only shows the border! Bug?

So, okay, this might not exactly be related to me, but I'm helping out a friend and want to spare him the bother of registering, because he usually asks me for advice; and usually I can help him out with anything. But this time I just can't remember how to fix this "bug" because I've never experienced it myself (on Windows 7).

So, here's a snippy of what the thread title refers to:

As you can see, that pretty much looks like the old XP style window-dragging option that anyone was able to set. But in Windows 7, I've never even seen this option, so I'm wondering if it's a bug or a problem with the GPU drivers or something.

I asked the friend to run the troubleshooting wizard for Aero, and it didn't display any errors. Also suggested him to check the "adjust appearance and performance of Windows" window, and all the settings are checked correctly just like on my sistem.

So I'm out of ideas. Seriously.

    Hello Marko,

Using either option in the tutorial below to Show window contents while dragging should do the trick. :)

Show Window Contents or Outline While Dragging

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

    EDIT:
LOL, looks like we all posted at the same time. :)

    Thanks, Shawn :)

EDIT - It worked. I was so blind I couldn't see where the option is. And it WAS already checked but glitched, so the friend unchecked, applied, checked again, applied, and now it works. xD

And he's all like ROFLMAO xD
