Start menu language changed, how to change back?

I have a problem with the entries in the start menu. Normaly I have Swedish which is what the system is set to use. But for some reason the entries in the start menu is english now!
How can I change that back? Maybe it hapened when I installed and run the program "Advanced System Care" which was suposed to be a good program, but I'm not sure. I didn't help to uninstall it by the way.

    What to do?

    Regards.

    Hej!

    1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region / Change the display language
    2. Switch the display language in the Choose a display language drop down menu.

That was the first thing I looked at and it is in Swedish. So it isn't that.
The strange thing is that all the folders containing Window stuff has changed and about half of those in the right part of the start panel, but not the lower half containing for example the controlpanel link. That is called "Kontrollpanelen" as it should. Weird.

I suppose this isn't a common problem then.

    Hello, Pukin Dog.

Perhaps that Advanced System Care package altered some of your system files. You could try the sfc /scannow system file restore tutorial as a starting point. It might help, and can't hurt.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I did remove it after one day. Didn't like it.

I run it twice now and no problem was found. I had hoped this would help.
Is there any more good commands to use?

Go back to the language setting, switch it to English and then back to Swedish. You might get lucky.
