Disabling Services does nothing to conserve energy unless you have a ruwaway Process that is hogging your CPU which requires troubleshooting in other ways.

You should keep Windows 7 fully updated for best security and performance. Optional Updates will help keep your drivers current and can also be trusted and useful.

Use the Windows 7 firewall with a free lightweight AV like Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast 6.

I would not disable Services. It often has unintended consequences depending upon how you use your computer.

If the purpose as stated is to conserve energy, it will not.

MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

If you are not using Bluetooth or WAN you can disable these devices in Device Manager.

By disabling these devices your computer will get no harm. But you can forget about their power consumption if your system is connected to power supply.
