    Cascading Windows from the taskbar

Is there anyway to enable the feature to right click in the task bar on the icon of an activly running application and cascade all the open windows?
This seems to not longer be an option

There is no need for that, just drag window to the edge of the screen (arrow needs to touch screen edge) and window will be attached.
Same thing for the other side...
to detach just move window a little

Should have clarified my question !!!

First, thank you all for your responses!
I need to clarify my issue a bit.

Imagine you open Outlook, and open 15 emails.
In windows XP, you could right click on the Outlook icon in the taskbar, and get an option to tile or cascade.
In windows 7, that option is not there.
