Delete files from archives?

How can I delete files from files in Windows 7?

Win7Ultimate x64 + x32, Win7Pro x64, XP x32, Win 2003, Ubuntu and OpenIndiana

You can't. archives are not designed to be alterable. You have to decompress the entire archive, delete the files you don't want, and then recreate the archive from the uncompressed files.

Windows 7 Professional SP1 - x64 [Non-UEFI Boot]

You can use this little soft HERE to decompress the files, then when you're done you can delete them if you don't need it anymore.
