Delete files from tar.bz archives?

How can I delete files from tar.bz files in Windows 7?

You can't.

Tar.bz archives are not designed to be alterable. You have to decompress the entire archive, delete the files you don't want, and then recreate the archive from the uncompressed files.

You can use this little soft HERE to decompress the files tar.bz, then when you're done you can delete them if you don't need it anymore.
