Windows Explorer: Delete, cut, paste, copy?

Using the "new" version of windows explorer or "my computer" I want to use delete/copy/paste/cut etc buttons in a tool bar on the top.

The only way I can see to do this now is to click "organize" for a drop down menu.

    Am I missing something?

Hello sloth.. Pressing the "ALT" key while in a window enables the menus you describe...

My apologies, I guess I didn't read well at first..

I don't think you can place buttons for that...Remind me, did other versions (XP, Vista) have this option?

    Yes, it appears so.

(My apologies if the picture is too big. I have yet to read the forum rules.)
