I rather doubt it. Is the hard drive constantly being hit (lights flashing or steady hard drive light)?
Go into task manager, click on processes, and sort by cpu. See what is using the most processing. Also sort by memory.
I doubt that its a hdd problem. What's your room temp ? What is the cpu temp when you are playing games, or browsing into other folders ?
Will be good to post a screenshot of temps in your pc.
Your room temp is pretty nigh, and also average cpu temp is high. I have Dual Core E5400 @2.7GHz, and mine temps are under 30 C , with room temp of 20C.
I'll advice you to go to service if you have warancy, and tell them the problem. That temp is high for that cpu.
Well, your room temp is really warm to start with so if you are using a stock cooler this all looks perfectly normal.
If you are playing a lot of games or other CPU intensive activities (video compression etc) a lot, you might think about getting a better cooler and termal paste for your cpu, or even going water cooling. But really, if your not maxing you CPU for long periods then I wouldn't worry. You are within normal operating specs for your cpu. As long as it doesn't go over 73 or stay that hot for long periods of time your ok.
