Random Issues Occurring

Gonna make this brief right now because I am going out but want to get this posted up. All my system specs are up to date just so everyone knows.

1st Issue: Video describes it entirely.

Please help me out, I will post more information when I get back later describing my other issues.

Also, further note that this doesn't just happen with WoW running. Sometimes happen with just a browser open and whatnot.

I watched the video twice but I can't make out what the problem is. Could you please describe it in words.

I'd take a look in Resource Monitor and find out what's eating up your PC's capabilities...

Are you saying when the problem occurs or just in general? Because when i'm on my computer normally my CPU is at an average of like 3% Usage..

Haven't checked when this problem actually occurs, so if that is your suggestion I will do so!
