    Are these files needed?

Hi guys so I just joined as I have some files that I've come across while cleaning up my computer. I deleted the eula files and globdata. globdata is still in my recycle bin just in case there are problems. I deleted the eula since they aren't needed. There are some files left but I'm not sure what they. I'm using an Hp laptop and windows 7 home premium 64bit if any of that helps.

I've attached the files for you to see. If you need anymore info just ask. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Well, the first three look like Windows Update temp files. If they are empty, they can be eliminated. The two VC_RED files are leftovers from Microsoft Visual C++ installation, and can be dumped too.
