I actually do think he's 13.

Based on his MSN name I did some investigating and even came across his picture.
He's a fan of "CANDY,THE MAGIC DINOSAUR".

Maybe we shouldn't be too hard on him, me included.
He is clearly a product of these times and modern parenthood.

He has not been doing or saying anything out of order, so we should cut him some slack.

At 13, I was polite, respectful and well-mannered in every way possible. Unless, of course, you consider my parents opinion.

In the boys defense, I offer this observation - the older I got, the smarter my parent became.

Mine just got more drunk, but that's beside the point.

I was always polite.

My mom can get annoying, but she is still my mom. =P

I use to be a jack-a** to her but I learned self-control with the anger issue. Haven't yelled at her in over 3 years now! =P

So there's still hope for the 13yr old.

13 or not, based on the problem description: He WANTS a free W7 product key, as many do; he NEEDS a Vista installation kit to use with his existing product key.

And I will bet he can find a Vista installation kit from somewhere.
