    Are we talking about an Windows 7 ISO here? Mount or Burn the ISO->Right-Click setup.exe from the DVD root->Properties->Digital Signatures

    I am sorry but I fail to understand...is that a screenshot from your computer? Are you wanting to know if the OS installed is actually from Microsoft and not modified?

    no this is not a screenshot from my computer
    i just want to open the window that is in the picture
    i got the picture from google images

    yes and i want to know what version of windows 7 i downloaded
    i downloaded one but it didnt state the version so i installed it in virtualbox and want to check which version it is

    ahh okay...easy way

    Open up explorer->hit "alt" and go to help->About Windows

    The RTM will be build 7600.16385

    Did you try typing 'winver' in the 7 'Run'-box?
    "Digital Signatures" are gotten by: Rclick on filename, Properties.
    Check the tabs. Highlight the entry, click 'Details'...
    Try 'setup.exe' in the iso, or '\system32\boot\winload.exe', in your installed Win 7.
