    Russian Font Display

While Windows and the programs that I use seem not to have any problems displaying most any other fonts, the same is not true of Russian fonts (Cyrillic). I have no desire or need to type in Cyrillic, but I do want it displayed properly when appropriate.

I have Googled it some, but what I found was a little confusing, because it sounded as though the instructions were for converting the entire system to work with Cyrillic, instead of English, which I definitely do not want.

How do I get it to display properly, just install a Cyrillic font set? if so, where do I find it?

EDIT: I should add that my browser (Opera) displays it okay, but not my movie catalog (Movie Collector).

I got a reply from Collectorz, regarding this issue, but no solution:

At the moment our software does not have Unicode support which would enable multiple character sets to be displayed in the Collectorz software. For now, you can still use your character set, but your computer must be setup to use it, and it must be the only character set in the database, the use of multiple character sets is not yet supported. You need to set your system locale to match your character set.
I guess it is not possible for it to display Cyrillic, since I'm not about to set my entire system to do so.
