Windows 7: Credentials

Windows 7 64 bit and 7 Enterprise at the office

Credentials

I was looking on my computer and found the credentials folder. I'm a novice so i'm not familiar with what this is..but there was however listed under generic credentials an email address that my husband and I used to share. It's still open but we rarely use it. Why would that email address be there with a user name and password? Also I found a list of certificates and they were from Verisign and AOL and a few others, what does this mean?

Thanks

CJ
